Our tour guide Camiĺe was very friendly and knowledgeable. The transportation was clean and took us directly to the islands. On Murano, the glassblowing demonstration was excellent and we had plenty of time to browse the local stops. The activities on Burano were a bit of a let down, the lacemaking demo was 1 lady outside a shop for a couple of minutes and the biscuit visit was just to taste them ( literally hustled into shop past the displays to get to tasting), we only had around an hour in Burano and this was not enough time to see the town and get lunch another 1/2 hour would have been good.

Was a but underwhelmed. The virtual presentation at beginning was good but hard to hear cos noisy people near by waiting for their turn. Guide seemed to just recite her spiel whilst rushing to gondolas. If you got prime seats you were fine, but if you had side seats you were cramped. Too many things to download and they all didn’t work.

O lugar é lindo, porém o fato do guia ser por áudio acaba deixando a experiência um pouco menos interessante. Além disso, nos foi prometido um tour de 45 min, que no final durou apenas 30min.
