Was a well organised trip with good value for money. Plenty of seats on the boat and lovely views. We had originally booked Torcello as well but once we were in Burano we decided to stay as it was so lovely there. We told our guide who said it wasn't a problem. The only two issues we had were that firstly, we couldn't see much during the glass demonstration as it was quite a small room for so many people. Secondly, we also could not hear much of the guide when on the boat as the radios would cut out. Our guide warned us of this before heading off saying it can be better to sit at the front (we did not find this made any difference) or downstairs where she was based. This meant you had to chose between sitting upstairs outside but not hear the guide or downstairs and hear but be stuck inside. Apart from that it was a lovely trip and I would recommend!

Es gab technische Probleme mit der App, 20 min haben wir verloren, damit das alles haben, 3 D Brille war super, nach der Tour muss man alleine ins Museum. Gondelfahrt war mehr auf dem Grand Kanal.

Great way to experience both islands in less than a day without having to worry about transportation. Our guide Athena was great and informative. Each island had a demonstration ready for us to see. We also had enough time to explore both islands afterwards without having felt rushed. Would highly recommend this company.

We were very unhappy with this activity. We were in a gondola without music and could barely hear the sound. Our gondolier was terrible and we would have been better off just watching from the bridge for free.

The guide Francisco was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting information about the buildings, history and the Venice lagoon area in general. Unfortunately, the boat motor was so loud that it was often difficult to hear him properly, even with the headphones provided. The tour mainly focused on two visits: a Murano glass workshop and showroom, and a lace shop in Burano. The Murano demonstration was genuinely interesting and impressive to watch, although the showroom prices were, unsurprisingly, extremely high. The Burano lace-making experience was more limited than expected — essentially a lady sitting outside the shop working on a butterfly pattern, followed by a presentation of products and prices inside the store. There was also an optional group lunch at a relatively expensive restaurant. With such a large group, the process took quite a long time. Personally, I would recommend skipping the group lunch and exploring on your own instead — there are many lovely restau

Good. I honestly thought our gondolier would be waiting for us (silly American) instead of us waiting in a line to share a gondola. It was still a beautiful line and I’m glad we did it. FYI shared gondola means a max of 5 people ( I wasn’t sure what to expect with the wording)
