Not really as described...
The VR experience at beginning qas great. However, I was expecting a live commentary but it was instead recorded. No real issue with that but our gondola went a different route to that indicated missing out a number of recorded points. The route we did was shorter than indicated on the route map. And much shorter than advertised. Was good to go on a gondola though...

FALSE Advertisement! Do NOT Book
This tour was completely misleading. It was advertised as a Grand Canal gondola ride with live English commentary, but we got neither. Instead, we were told to download an app that didn’t work properly. Our guide remained silent, and we were placed with non-English speakers. Very dissatisfied and requesting a refund. The Gondola trip was setup by Venice Tours. After our disappointing ride, we spoke to Marta Boccato, the manager at Venice Tours, and she agreed this was false advertising because they do NOT offer live commentary and are NOT on the Grand Canal! We did not get what we paid for, would not recommend to anyone!

Buena experiencia en Venecia
La guía Sara fue muy simpática y paciente. En el grupo habíamos personas de habla española e inglesa y ella dio toda la información en ambos idiomas. El tour inicia con una pequeña vuelta con datos y curiosidades de la historia de Venecia, es corto pero Sara lo explicó muy bien. Luego nos hicieron el paseo en góndola que fue muy agradable. Finalmente nos reunieron en una plaza para la parte final del tour. Todo en total dura una hora y algo más pero está muy bien.

Great day at Murano and Burano
We had a wonderful time with Michaela and Claudia. Murano and the glass factory was amazing. Burano was beautiful. The two ladies did a wonderful job.

4 hour tour to Murano and Burano
Wondeful trip to Murano glass factory where we could see the making of a glass horse and to the colorful houses of Burano. Thank you Claudia and Michaela for the trip, it was really pleasant!

Valentina was so lovely and informative! It was a pleasure to join her on a guided tour around some unknown parts of Venice. We learnt some interesting facts about the city and have a better understanding of how amazing and clever the Venetians were in building this fabulous place. Thank you so much!

Experiência de gôndola em Veneza
A experiência foi muito boa mesmo, o tempo na gôndola foi reduzido, mas já valeu para ter uma ideia de como funcionavam os barcos. A guia Sara foi excecional, sempre pronta a ajudar, super simpática e acessível, tornou a experiência muito melhor ! Obrigada

Lovely views and great walking tour
Amazing, favourite part of the trip and some great views of both the grand canal and the small waterways. The walking tour with audio guide was a great bonus!

Glad I did it
The guide is great she was knowledgeable and kind The cost is 1/3 of a private ride The gondolier was handsome kind and helpful. The virtual time added at the end was very fun

You need to do this in Venice!
We had a wonderful time on this tour and learned so many things about the history of Venice! The gondola ride was great and we are so glad we did it!
