Really pleasant experience, from the interactive media at the start to the gondola ride. The views from the water make it special. Would fully recommend this trip and was not too expensive.

Amazing experience! Tour...
Amazing experience! Tour guide was very informative. Great memories were made on this tour. Venice is such a beautiful city. I enjoyed it all, the gondola ride was a nice send off. I also enjoyed how they included the Museo correr ticket for free. Must do if wanting to sightsee Venice.

I'm 60 and I wish I knew there was a walking tour- I just wanted to do the gondola ride. Not many people were listening and basically a rapid walk to the gondolas. BUT the experience on gondola was perfect. And the ride was perfect. I wish we could have been o. The gran canal longer...but it was a set route. So yes goal accomplished!

Deception majeure pour cette activité !
Nous avons réservé pour nos 3 petites filles 13 ans 1/2-12 ans et 9 ans un atelier masque . Les âges avaient été demandés pour faire un atelier adulte pour la plus grande . La séance a duré grand max 45 mn avec une personne qui était au téléphone tout le temps ,masqué divisé en 3 parties . 2 couches de peinture sur chaque partie faite par les filles et une décoration dorée faite par l’animateur !!Nous aurions pu acheter des masques à peindre et le faire chez nous sans aucun problème et cela nous aurait coûté moins cher !!!! Très grosse déception des enfants qui espéraient au moins quelques explications … Nous ne conseillons absolument pas .

A fuir !!! Prenez en direct avec les gondoliers !!!
Le commentaire en direct est donné lors de la marche de la place ST marc au kiosque gondole. Il est tout à fait plat, on se déplace à 30 personnes avec des écouteurs qui ne sont même pas réutilisés mais jetés à la fin des 15 minutes de marche (bravo l'écologie). nous sommes à 4 voir 5 par gondole, la guide nosu retrouve du bout d'un ponton au bout de 15 minutes de gondole et n'arrive pas à nous livrer de commentaire car son appareil ne fonctionne pas. Retour au bout de 30 minutes, économie de 10€ par rapport au prix officiel gondole mais expérience nulle !

Just ok
The experience was a bit chaotic; there was not actually a human guide as promised - you had to download an app and click on the highlights, but even knowing what you were supposed to be looking for, I couldn’t find the hidden gems. There were too many people for the staff to handle, and the VR intro had very little to do with gondolas. However, I accomplished the goal of riding in a gondola, at a reasonable price, so I guess it worked out.

Murano and Burano boat tour
It was a well-planned and pleasant tour to Murano and Burano Islands. Claudia was well read and a good guide. I would recommend this tour to others visiting Venice and the surrounding area.
