Grand canal
Gondola trip is calm and beautiful with a round trip at grand canal and inner canals. Small walking tour before is also quite interesting.

Bonito paseo en Gondola
Aurora fue una guía genial. Fue muy bueno conocer la historia de la ciudad en el pequeño tour de 10 minutos. El paseo en góndola estuvo muy relajante y bonito. Una experiencia única. Al final nos pusieron un video en realidad virtual el cual estuvo excelente, fue algo extra qué no sabíamos qué estaba incluido.

Emma was very nice and accommodating. Tour is exactly 30 min of a little less. Make sure to book couples other seats not very comfortable

A nice ride!
The perfect blended experience. Aurora was pleasant and taught us alot about Venice as we walked to our Gondola pickup. The ride with the app alao provided a nice level of information about the historic sites we saw.

Emma was warm and welcoming, she ensured everyone had a comfortable time. The gondola was a loop of the grand canal, the gondola drive provided the guests with knowledge about the city of Venice

Quick and easy tour
Meeting place was easy to find. Local tour guide was knowledgeable and showed a short tour of the city, while explaining local customs. Gondola ride was quick but sufficient if you just want to experience it. You will likely share the gondola with other people. The VR experience in the end showed you the history of Venice. It was cool and worth the 10 minutes

Très bien organisé mais temps en gondole un peu court et le qr code ne fonctionnait pas donc pas de commentaire pendant la balade Mais Béatrice parle Très bien français et est très accueillante

Fake Tour in Portuguese
The tour through the Grand Canal is very similar between the tour companies. I chose this because they were offering commmets of the tour in Portuguese, that sounded interesting. I bought it and when I where board the gongola man even know how to speak English. After the tour, I talked with the costumer service of Venice - City Tour and Viator to give the take refund of the value payed more but they don't answer me with a solution and now ignores me. I do not recommend.

You have to say you did it once but it was a little boring. The check in process was easy and the local guide was polite and helpful.

Part of the tour was a walking tour which we were not expecting, and the actual gondola tour was not long at all, but well organized

Great gondola experience
Emma was accommodating and the tour was short and sweet. Easy to find, small history in the beginning, dropped off at the same place, easy and convenient.
