Activité avec les enfants géniale. Nous sommes reparties avec nos masques magnifiquement décorés. Nous avions réservé une prestation en français qui n'a pas été prise en compte. C'était donc en anglais! Dommage! mais cela ne change rien à la qualité de cette activité.

Me and my partner had an amazing time on our tour. Our tour guide Simone was brilliant, very knowledgeable and a happy soul. We would definitely recommend this tour. The sites are just incredible and like nothing we've ever seen before! Thank you so much.

Tourist trap and false advertising. There are no workshops to visit because it takes place in the prison museum between the scaffolds and other torture devices. There are no mask specialists and little equipment. This is a school-level craft for young children, and it is scandalous that the organizer sells tickets at these prices. It is a shame for Venice and the collaborators who work there and who were very embarrassed. It is humiliating for the parents who promised their children a great cultural activity, and it is humiliating for the children who are far from stupid. The organizer should ask themselves whether their place is in Venice or in an elementary school. A few art history lessons would be beneficial for the organizer, who instead of trying to trap tourists would do well to raise their level of knowledge and competence. Don’t try!

la partie guidée ne concerne que le palais (ce n' était pas clairement indiqué sur le descriptif je trouve). il était parfois compliqué de comprendre la guide (accent et qualité audio) le contenu était intéressant mais pourrait être amélioré avec plus d explications générales sur la ville et son organisation politique avant d aller vers les détails.

Enjoyed the activity, but I would say it is misleading. The live commentary is a short maybe 5 minute walk to the gondola where you learn a little bit about gondolas, it is not commentary or any kind of Venice tour while you’re on the gondola. It was still good value for money as otherwise, private gondolas are very expensive but I would not really say there is any commentary. If you are looking for something other than a roughly 30 minute silent gondola ride I would not book, but overall everyone we interacted with was very nice.

Extremely disappointing experience. This tour had absolutely nothing to do with what was advertised. It lasted barely one hour, even though it was supposed to be two hours long. We were shown almost none of the major landmarks of the city – just walked around aimlessly with no structure or purpose. The guide spent most of the time complaining about the local people, constantly talking about how terrible Venetians are. It was inappropriate, unprofessional, and left a very negative impression. We were expecting an inspiring and insightful tour of Venice’s rich history and beauty, but instead we got a rushed, disorganized, and bitter rant. I would absolutely not recommend this tour to anyone.

Great time!

Valentina provided us with a very entertaining and interesting tour of the Doges Palace. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with her! She was both knowledgeable and passionate with her stories.

Low enthusiasm

While it was fun to get to paint, I didn’t think the owner/ leader was that interested or excited to be leading the class. He spoke very minimally about masks.
