We were expecting more from this tour. Unfortunately, some of the ladies organizing the groups were unfriendly and a bit rude, which impacted the overall experience. To make matters worse, it was a rainy day, which didn’t help either. On a positive note, our gondola driver was friendly and professional. However, given the overall experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this tour to my friends.

Ends really fast, the guide is only for the walking part. The ride was much more expensive then regular ride that you can easily find on the streets.

The activity was in three parts: a short walking tour with commentary; a gondola ride; a 3D virtual reality experience. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable during the walking tour and everything was very well organised. I was under the impression there was some commentary whilst we were in the gondola but there wasn’t. This didn’t detract from the experience however of enjoying the gondola circuit and chance to take photos.
