Beautiful Bascilica!
The tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative about the square and Bascilica. We got to climb to the top and see magnificent views of Venice. The stairs to the top were easy to climb, but coming down the stairs were of different sizes. All in all it was a great experience!

Brief islands trip with a great guide
David is an amazing guide, he told us a lot of interesting things about the history of Venice and really saved the trip when the weather got bad. With we had more time on each island. Nice value for a cost of one average meal, though.

GREAT architecture, history, art, gondola ride! (Guide 'Francisco' not so good) and cleared another bucket list item for me. We have had SUPER luck overall with Viator - they ar very dependable!

Beware of requirements for this trip. Bad communication!
The directions provided were terrible. You have to either walk a long way or find other means of transportation. We had to get a water taxi there which cost us more money. When we got there we were late by 11 min and our trip was voided. More money lost. Very disappointed!

Despite it being absolutely awful weather the trip was amazing with a guide very knowledgeable about Venice. The glass factory Paolo was the perfect guide explaining the whole process eloquently

Go elsewhere
Our tour guide was friendly and informative. The demonstrations however were lackluster at best. Maybe 12 minutes combined. If you’re merely looking for a boat ride to Murano and Burano where you will be offered discounts on highly elevated priced items, this tour is for you. Otherwise find another option where you’ll actually learn about the craftsmanship behind the art.

Not worth
The hosts were amazing but the value for money was not there! We didn’t go to the islands of Torcella… Company needs to reduce the price or communicate it better. The hosts salvaged the experience though.
