Der Einlass in den Dogenpalast war gut und es hat alles geklappt aber den Markusdom konnten wir nicht besichtigen, weil die Zeit auf dem ausgehändigten Ticket (von Venice Tours) eine falsche Uhrzeit ausgewiesen hat (16 Uhr). Damit wurden wir nicht eingelassen. Eine Beschwerde vor Ort (bei Venice Tours) hat keinen Erfolg gehabt. Das Ticket für den Markusdom konnte oder wollte man nicht ändern. Es wäre nur gegangen wenn wir nochmals den Eintritt für den Markusdom bezahlt hätten, was wir abgelehnt haben. Wir erwarten nunmehr eine Erstattung für den Markusdom, weil wir diesen nicht besuchen konnten. Die Mitarbeiter von Venice Tours waren in keiner Form hilfsbereit. Wir sind darüber sehr enttäuscht.

The Best Venice Tour
This was the best tour of Venice. Our guide Elisabetta was such a sweetheart to the whole group, she was energetic, and really knew the history of Venice. There’s even a VR story about Venice at the end of the tour, amazing!!!
