Our tour with Valentina was great., although there was an annoying parent who kept translating the tour loudly to their young child in German without any consideration for whether or not others could hear the guide or not.

Checks the box for the price
Beatrice was a darling and her energy is contagious. For the gondola ride, the itinerary showed it would pass by the Grand canal (I would assume Rialto bridge as well) but it didn’t, so the ride was really a very short lap. Otherwise, it is also pretty and would rather do that than spend the 90€ that everyone else pays.

Venice is a wonder!!! Everything is beautiful The tour guide was always smiley and helped us a lot They were very respectful and polite The gondola tour deserves every euro paid

Buyer Beware - Do Not Book!!!!
Be very careful with this tour operator. Description of the tour timeline is very misleading. If you plan to book other tours after completing this one, you should skip this experience. There is an undisclosed “break” in between the walking tour and the gondola ride. This caused conflict with our Murano boat tour. We could not complete the gondola ride which was disappointing. When we confronted the tour operator, they offered no assistance and fully acknowledged the misleading tour timeline after I showed them my confirmation emails and booking details with Viator. They claimed that it was Viator’s error and not their error. Told me to take it to Viator to request a refund for the gondola portion. This tour is available as a stand alone walking tour - the gondola was an added option that could have easily been refunded. The tour operator rejected the request. Dishonest to say the least and not a business that I would ever use again. I would be wary of any and all tours that this company operates.

Nice place. The island is 15 minutes away from Venice, good for half day trip with workshop demonstration, church visit, shopping all in one go. A relaxing trip indeed.

Burano murano tour from Venice
Excellent tour and guide Allegra was excellent. Burano worth it , murano not sure! Unless you like glass ! Guides info was full and complete. Visits to shops was fine too
