La chica que nos atendió muy amable y atenta, la experiencia VR de como era Venecia muy cool pero el paseo en góndola muy malo. Si mucho duró 20 min, el gondolero nos llevó por una ruta alterna donde no ves nada más que las partes posteriores de las fachadas, a pesar de descargar una audio guía con mapa que se supone te enseña por dónde vas y lo que verás. Omitan esta experiencia y por el mismo costo consigan una góndola privada por aparte.

Belle visite avec Rocco. C'était très intéressant et le choix du parcours, hors sentiers battus , était vraiment judicieux! Une bonne expérience à Venise.

No me gustó mucho … no fue puntual , compré un tour en español y como había 2 personas que hablaban inglés ,iba combinando el idioma , preguntabas cosas y te decía que al final y como se le hacía tarde ni contesto nuestras dudas y rápido se despidió

Würde ich so nicht mehr buchen. Guide musste sich beeilen und hat nicht gut deutsch gesprochen und die Audioqualität der Funkübertragung war auch schlecht. Ist so das Geld nicht wert. Selbstgeführte Audiotour wäre ausreichend. Es auch nicht klar hervor kam, beim Eintritt in den Dogenpalast ist das Gefängnis und die Seufzerbrücke sowieso immer dabei und frei zugänglich. Man kann sich im Palast so lange aufhalten wie man will. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zudem auch in deutsch beschriftet.

Leider war die geführte Tour auf den Dogenpalast beschränkt, der Rest war nicht geführt.Der Guide war sehr schlecht zu verstehen, hatte einen starken Akzent und konnte nicht sehr gut deutsch. Der Preis war nicht gerechtfertigt.
