Très bien pour la basilique, mais guide fatiguée ensuite pour le palais ducal, visite longue. Avons apprécié.

A areat way to start exploring Venice. my wife and I did this on the same afternoon that we landed and it was the best decision we made. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and very funny and gave us lots of tips of what and when to see the attractions. He also gave us lots of information about the not so well-known but extremely interesting areas of Venice. I highly recommend doing this tour for anyone visiting Venice for the first time.

We arrived at the meeting point and had to wait 15 minutes after the start time, to then be given a gondolier that was on his phone for the entire duration. The ride only lasted 25 minutes and most of that time was spent at a stand still in gondola traffic. Would not recommend, it is better to pay less money at the gondola station near rialto bridge but for a better experience.

Good value for money, the walking trip was a nice touch as we could learn some history of Venice. As for the gondola trip, it was special!

The guide, Giselle(?) was very good. Knowledgeable, cheerful, friendly, likeable, happy to take questions. It was spot on for what we wanted and we’d have been happy for it to go on for a little longer. It’s a bit chaotic at the start. You’re told to arrive 5 minutes early but the office is dealing with multiple bookings and a longish queue so we set off 10-15 minutes late.
