Upon my arrival at the site, I presented my ticket to the gondola station manager. At that moment, the manager abruptly took my phone from my hand without saying a word and proceeded to his office. I immediately expressed that I did not consent to having my mobile phone taken. The manager’s behavior was extremely discourteous and unprofessional. He informed me that there was no gondola available for me that day and instructed me to contact my travel agency. This was a very distressing and unpleasant experience. After prolonged discussions with the gondola station manager, we were eventually able to persuade him to allow the excursion to proceed.

le tour en gondole était sympa. trop de monde en une fois avec des explications au bord de l eau mais trop loin pour les écouter. et la promesse d un film.en 3D compris dans le prix non tenue....ou?, plus personne pour donner la réponse en sortant de la gondole

The tour guide, Elena was wonderful. Charming, friendly, full of knowledge and interesting details. Enjoyed this tour immensely.

Nothing to improve except the crowds. 😀. A skip the line ticket and our best tour guide ever, Elena, made for a wonderful morning. Plenty of information with a sprinkling of light-heartedness made this tour totally enjoyable.

misleading re commentary on gondola.Our gondolere was grumpy and never i tracked with us at all@ Very disappointed.

certains points vu trop rapidement comme la salle des armes et d'autres trop long, pas d'explication sur la raison du nom du pont des soupirs. Manque de dynamisme de notre guide
