No se ajusta a lo anunciado cuando comienzas las reserva te pone de 1 a 3 horas, y segun avanzas se reduce el tiempo hasta una hora, de la cuál de góndola son 30'. Eso lo ves antes de finalizar la reserva. en la realidad todo se reduce, te quedas con 20' de góndola y lo rellenan con una vista virtual. Nos ha defraudado, sinceramente. es caro para lo q es en realidad .

Très belle visite avec une guide vraiment sympa et l’expérience virtuelle proposé original. Un peu plus réserver sur les gondoles et le calme que l’on nous vend de cette visite car partant en groupe de plusieurs gondoles les gondoliers parle très fort entre eux tous le long de la visite néanmoins on visite des secteurs que l’on ne voit pas à pied. Et le prix de 80€ est raisonnable contenue de la visite guidée avant et l’expérience virtuel une visite en gondole seul sur place vous coûtera 90 euros pour le même temps et sans la visite.

Our guide Lucia (Lucy) is outstanding. She not only knows the historical highlights but also explained them elaborately. She’s also has a great sense of humor. She made the tour so pleasant and fun

Our tour guide Lucia was very good and informative! We started almost a half hour later than our tour time was suppose to start which made the very end of our tour feel a little rushed but overall a good tour!

Gondola ride
We expected commentary but we were not provided any. suppose to connect to company site. Which was difficult and connection was sketchy. Explanation of various subject can be obtained on Google. I thought history of buildings and better explanation will be provided. Gondal personal was not English speaking. Did not speak single word and did not respond to any question.
