Audio equipment was very Bad, could barely hear anything. Tour guide rarely spoke directly into the microphone even after the issue was raised. Tour guide gave the history lessons in a very non-engaging way. The basilica and palace itself was very nice though!

Very poor the guide was 10 minutes late and finished 10 minutes early. He showed up a few rooms in the palace and then said right you do that way for the bridge of sighs and prison but did not come with us and took the headphones back. It reads that it is a guided tour of all those areas so it ended up rubbish value for money so woud not recommend.

ゴンドラ体験は良かった。 日本語ガイドがあると聞いていたが、翻訳機が壊れていて全て英語の説明となってしまった。

Our guide Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about sharing the history of Venice the tradition of the Gondola. The virtual reality experience at the end was very cool although my daughter’s equipment didn’t work so she missed out on that.
