la visite guidèe très bien avec un guide très sympathique et intéressant ( Lucas) . En revanche l' option Gondole à éviter. un tour de 10 minutes alors que le descriptif annonçait 30mn . c' est tout simplement de l' arnaque .

Audioguide war nicht zu ertragen, habe dann die Texte der Exponate old school gelesen. Die Einschränkungen im Markusdom ( nur Teilbereiche der Kirche) war bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Dogenpalast ebenfalls sehr schlechter Audioguide, daher keine Hintergrund Informationen….

A empresa CITY TOURS CO LTD, foi desorgazada. Não havia Tour em espanhol na data e horário contratado. A atendente não tinha paciência e educação para nos informar da situação. Por sorte, tínhamos mais um dia em Veneza e a empresa nos ofereceu a opção de fazer o Tour no dia seguinte.

It was the best option when you have limited time. The local guide Sarah was the best and very knowledgeable about the history of Venice.

Great way to see three main attractions
This was our first time visiting Venice and we booked this tour as a day trip from Florence, taking a 7:25 am train arriving in Venice at 9:35 am. We prescheduled our return on a 5:25 pm train. Our tour began at 11:15 with check in at 11, but it took 30 minutes of a direct walk to the meeting place and back to the train station later, so we didn’t have much time before or after the tour to explore this beautiful place. This was a very informative tour through the Basilica and Doge Palace, however, my husband and I both felt that the time in these two places, although magnificent, was a bit too long. The Gondola ride was awesome! It included the Grand Canal as well as some smaller canals and we really enjoyed seeing Venice from this perspective. Even though the ride was only 30 minutes it didn’t feel like it was too short at all. We finished at approximately 3:15 pm and decided to sit down for a nice lunch on the canal. Skip the line feature is a huge plus as lines were waiting and we just walked past in our group. Overall I would recommend this tour just make sure you give yourself more time if doing a day trip only.

Una experiencia imperdible en tu viaje a Venecia. El paseo en gondolas por los canales fue muy lindo y relajante.
Todo muy bien organizado. El paseo en gondola un 10 de 10. La guia Beatrice super atenta y amable, siempre pendiente de nosotros. Full recomendado!
