Nous avons passé un excellent moment grâce à notre guide à Venise. Très professionnelle et chaleureuse elle a su rendre la visite Vivante et captivante . Ses explications sur les monuments, l’histoire et la culture vénitienne étaient claires et enrichissantes. Nous avons découvert de nombreux lieux, magnifiques tout en apprenant beaucoup d’anecdotes intéressantes. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience.

It was really bad as we were standing in multiple lines to check in and board in blazing hot sun. This was meant to be akip the line tour but there were too many lines and very crowded tour in boats as well with people standing

Experiência extremamente rápida e, na minha opinião, não corresponde ao valor cobrado. Ao chegar ao local indicado, não é permitido aguardar dentro do estabelecimento antes do horário marcado. Em seguida, é necessário baixar um aplicativo para realizar o check-in, mesmo já possuindo o QR Code do ingresso. Antes do passeio, há um tour virtual pela cidade com duração de cerca de 5 minutos. Depois disso, seguimos para a fila da gôndola, onde passamos mais tempo esperando do que propriamente aproveitando o passeio. O trajeto de gôndola durou aproximadamente 20 minutos, e o gondoleiro não forneceu nenhuma explicação ou informação sobre os locais percorridos. Ou seja, não fiquei sabendo por onde passamos nem conheci mais sobre a história da cidade (ao não ser pelo tour virtual) Pagar 89 euros por uma experiência que não chega a durar meia hora não me parece um bom custo-benefício. Vale apenas pela experiência única de andar de gôndola em Veneza, mas é algo que eu não faria novamente.

Posti bellissimi ma purtroppo siamo partiti con quasi un’ora di ritardo. Dovevamo rimanere più a lungo sia a Murano che a Burano invece purtroppo avevamo i minuti contati. Posti bellissimi

The actual gondola ride was great; so peaceful and a really amazing experience. But we were disappointed with the overall tour. We thought we were paying for just a gondola ride (which is what we wanted), but the tour started with short VR video about the history of Venice and the canals, then a bit of a walking tour with live commentary, and then we got to the gondola ride. We just wish this was disclosed more clearly in the description of the tour. We don’t want a virtual tour of Venice when we can just go walk around. And we also didn’t want a walking tour; if we did, we would’ve found a full walking tour to do. What we wanted was a full gondola ride, and we only ended up on the gondola for about 20-25 minutes. So overall, pretty disappointing for what we thought we were getting, but like I said, the actual gondola ride was incredible.

Una stella perché non si può dare 0 partiti con quasi un ora di ritardo sotto il sole come le bestie over booking assurdo eravamo in troppi non riusciva la Povera guida a collegare le radio di tutti quindi ci siamo persi là spiegazione tempi di permanenza tutti cambiati se non ci si arrabbiava saremmo stati ancora meno zero flessibilità da parte dell organizzatore nel cambiare e rispettare gli orari quindi ci siamo dovuti adeguare a quello che non era scritto sul programma ancora peggio chi andava anche a torcello qualcuno ha dovuto rinunciare per restare un ora a Burano. È inutile fornire un bel programma se poi accetti il doppio delle prenotz non sei più in grado di rispettarlo gente veramente incazzata per il trattamento ricevuto anche la guida ci consiglia di chiedere un indennizzo per il trattamento ricevuto proprio perché in concomitanza con il ponte del 2/6 bisogna essere più organizzati e non famelici più di soldi... Sconsiglio vivamente dispiace solo per la serieta di guida

très belle activité . guide très sympathique, découverte de la construction des gondoles et de l histoire de Venise très intéressant. la balade en gondole c 'est super , nous avons apprécié le calme et la détente tout le long du trajet. on y resterait plus longtemps. activité réussie.

Assez courte sur un descriptif d’une 1h à la base 15min sont de la présentation et l’histoire des gondoles à Venise. 30 min de balade en gondole. Où sont les 15min restante ?

Everyone was very friendly, the whole experience was very fun and their office was very helpful when we had to reschedule a booked appointment due to a train delay - can only recommend!
