Difficulté pour trouver le point de vente qui était dans la rue avec 1 petite pancarte sans hôte d'accueil. Le guide était en Anglais alors que mon billet est bien réservé en Français. Déçue par la prestation, je ne conseille pas cette vente.

It did not live up to our expectations. It felt disorganised. The tour left late. The boat microphone used where we could not hear over the noise of the engine and her voice drifting into the breeze. On arrival at Murano there was another tour group still there so we had to wait for them to leave before the demonstration. Once over the showroom was so crowded we never got a chance to shop instead guided upstairs to look at pieces for sale worth thousands. Burano was lovely and we enjoyed our time. The guides were both lovely checking everyone was ok.

The guide for the walking tour was very nice and helpful but the gondola ride itself ended after 20 minutes and our guide never spoke while on the ride . I would’ve enjoyed the full 30 minutes on the gondola ride.

La guía fue excelente, muy amable y amena. Nos explicó todo muy bien y nos dio muchos datos históricos. Visitar la fábrica no vale la pena y todo es carísimo, están mejor los precios en la isla de Venecia. La recomendación del lugar para comer en Burano fue fatal. Precios demasiado elevados y la comida de espantosa calidad. Nos confiamos porque fue la recomendación que nos dieron por parte del tour. Por lo demás, todo bien.

l'activité payée comprend 1h pour murano et 2h pour burano, hors nous n'avons eu 1h entière à murano entre le départ un peu retardé et les attentes transports et le pure c'est la vente des 2h à burano ! on y passe que 1h en réalité.
