bonjour nous sommes arrivés au point de rdv à 11h45 nous avons attendus jusqu'à 13h . sommes allés au palais. avons eu une personne du palais qui a échangé avec vous. il nous a été demandé de retourner au point de rdv, ce que nous avons fait. toujours personne. avons eu un chat avec. une personne. une demande de remboursement est en cours. quelle déception.
