The gondola ride was great however it only lasted for about 20 minutes. They take you down into one canal and then back to the main channel. There’s a 10 minute walk where a guide gives you some facts about the city however once you get into the gondala you’re supposed to listen to a prerecorded guide. Didn’t have headphones so I couldn’t listen but the people on our boat that did spent half the time trying to get the app to work.

The tour was excellent! The only drawback was that the tour started late and there wasn't a place to sit down and rest before walking throughout the palace. I have a lower back injury thay acted up towards the end of the tour because of standing and waiting over 45 minutes before the tour even started.

Unser Guide Michele hat super deutsch gesprochen und hat uns, bei einer kurzweiligen Führung abseits vom üblichen Touristengetümmel, mit vielen interessanten Infos über seine Stadt versorgt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Tour uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
