Beatrice are tours guide was very knowledgable ! We took the tours and French and she spoke excellent french! Venice tours have it well organized and there is a VR experience at the end that is very impressive! Highly recommend!

Island tour, and glass making tour

It was a nice boat ride and the tour guide gave us a lot of information on the way over. The glass blowing demonstration was very nice and seeing the glass afterwards in the store of the various products. The tour guide was kind enough to give us a little insight on her history, which was nice to hear from someone living in a different country.. However, if you buy your tickets at the desk counter in Venice, it is cheaper than on TripAdvisor. About €20 cheaper per couple.

the activity started with a walking tour to the gondola. When you buy it, it says it a live commentary i was expecting to someone talking to us during the gondola ride. the gondola ride itself was maximum 30 minutes the “hour tour” was i cluinding walking to the gondola and the walking to a VR 3min video of the gondola. I enjoyed it but not what i expected. Would only recommend if you want to secure your gondola ride rather than risking it the day of and not being able to ride.

Please don’t book online — go directly to the gondola point, pay in cash, and you’ll likely have a much better experience. As for our gondola ride: never again. It was my third time in Venice, so I know what a proper gondola ride should feel like. This time, we had to wait over 20 minutes even though we had a reservation. The ride itself lasted no more than 20 minutes — seriously? Our gondolier was rude and inattentive. He spent most of the time loudly chatting with another gondolier, completely killing the romantic vibe. When my husband politely asked if he could move forward to take a picture, the request was ignored. When he tried to shift slightly, the gondolier intentionally rocked the gondola to scare us — absolutely unacceptable behavior.
