The guide and facts provided were great. The shared ride would not recommend, seems better value to pay for your own gondola. Ride was about 25 minutes.

Convenient for Burano, not so much for Murano

I booked this tour because I did not want to worry about ferry schedules and logistics while traveling with family. In that sense it was a great. We had a ferry that just belonged to the tour group, that was easy to recognize. Burano part was really good but I agree with other reviews, Murano part was extremely short and I don’t feel like I have seen the island at all. Where we docked was the edge of the island and it was really hard to go anywhere else given 40 minutes of free time. We needed at least another hour. Given how much this tour is, and given the main added value is the whole logistical elements, this is really critical to work on. Our guide was really good but the headsets were not great. It was extremely hard to understand because of the headsets. Hence did not learn much. This is exactly why they need to work on the itinerary and how much free time they give to people. Having seen how frequent the ferries are, I would just recommend taking a ferry. If the tour improves on their itinerary, then I could still recommend it for a still more convenient way to get to the islands.

Elisabetta Augelli was a wonderful guide who gave us so much information. She also sent us to a delicious and inexpensive restaurant for dinner. I’d definitely recommend her and this gondola tour!

Lovely day in Venice with Elena Asti

⸻ I had a wonderful experience exploring Venice with tourist guide Miss Elena Asti. Her knowledge of the city’s history, culture, and hidden gems made the tour both enjoyable and informative. We watched a movie in the museum about the city history . The gondola ride was truly magical, and Elena’s warm personality and engaging storytelling added a special touch to the entire experience. I was very happy with her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Venice!

Organsiation au top, quelques ibformations en 1ere partie par Beatrice tres gentille, puis tour en gondole de 30min, puis 3eme partie avec casque virtuel. Ma mere marche lentement avec une bequille, Beatrice a ete patiente et aidante, nous avons eu une chaise aussi pour le experience virtuelle, qui etait geniale de se replonger dans le Venise d 'epoque. Je recommande!

The tour guide was amazing and although very busy she ensured that we saw a lot of Venice that is usually missed. Good and informative tour!! The Bell Tower was amazing!! Really made my holida!!
