Es war ein Erlebnis- aber man sollte es lieber selber mit dem ACTV Ticket erkunden. Unsere Guide war super freundlich und bemüht, aber leider hat man ihr Englisch kaum verstanden. Wir fahren gefühlt Mitläufer und mussten immer nachfragen wo und wann wir wieder da sein müssen.

that city tour just try to make extra money, they see money nothing else i dont recommend this people to anyone , they are wild capitalists, it looks like they worship money they charge us extra momey because of we were late couple minutes, we explained to them why its happening, they dont care.Any one wants to go there dont choose this company, if you don't find alternative companies and you have no choices, go jump water and swim better for you guys:))))

Si quieren tener una mala experiencia y perder el dinero es el lugar indicado, empezando, que no se nos explicó bien lo de los horarios y no pudimos entrar a la basílica de san marcos y segundo que la aplicación que nos hicieron descargar para la autoguia, , no funciono.

Die Bootsfahrt mit der kurzen Geschichte über Venedig war sehr interessant. Auch Burano und Murano waren sehr schön. Leider war die Gruppe viel zu groß und die Abfahrt war nicht pünktlich. Im großen und ganzen aber für den preis sehr gut!

Absolutely amazing! Elena was fantastic! Highly recommend! The basilica and palace were spectacular! The gondola ride is a must in Venice.

This tour was a little unorganized and I was given incorrect information when reaching out to Viator Support but luckily I found someone in the square to help me. We were not late but it was chaotic running around trying to find our starting point. The tour was good but due to the number of people in the tour and at the tour sites it was hard to follow the tour guide as often there were too many people up close to really know what she was referring to.

Good Value gondola tour
Nice relaxing gondola ride. Emma was a very friendly and informed guide. FYI this ride was for 4-5 people and your seating position can vary.

GONDOLA RIDES ARE FUN TO DO!
This was a wonderful thing to do. Our Gondola Captain was great at bouncing off the walls on turns and dipping under all the bridges. If you go to Venice, put this on your list to enjoy. The rides were very organized. The tour leader was great and took us on a walk before the ride to talk about the area and the history.

Beautiful tour of Murano, Burano and Torcello. Claudia was the perfect guide and didn't rush any part of the experience. Definitely recommend if you visit Venice.

Worth doing but you don’t really need to book in advance
The guide was great and started with a short walk and history of the gondolas and canals. Gondola ride was short and sweet and I would have scored this experience 5 star if the man taking us on the gondola was a little more friendly and talked to us. Felt like he didn’t really want to be there. Finished the tour with a 10 minute virtual experience of how Venice began - brilliant
