Puisqu'il y a plusieurs choses à voir nous avons été surpris que plusieurs entrées n'étaient pas comprises. pas d indications claires nul part pour nous guider l'audioguide ne fonctionnait même pas. c était nul

Our tour guide Beatrice was very friendly. We asked for the tour in French and she was able to speak to us very fluently. she had good knowledge about the history of Venice and the gondola. The gondola ride was very fun and finished with a VR presentation of Venice. The gondolier’s were helpful for people that need help coming in and exiting the gondola! 100% recommend!

Beskrivelsen av kjøpet lovet en 3 timers guiding inklusive gondoltur på Grand Canal og besøk av Rialtabroen. Guidingen til fots startet 16:10 og sluttet 17:25, Deretter venting på ny guide som fulgte oss ned til gondol i de samme gatene som vi hadde fulgt første guid. Gondoltur startet 17:50 og sluttet 18:15, dvs totalt varighet 2 timer og 5 minutter, ikke 3 timer som på billett. Under gondolturen så var vi i Grand Canal BARE I 5 MINUTTER!!!, resten av tiden i kø i smale kanaler fylt med 20 andre gondoler. Det første vi fikk beskjed om fra fører av gondolen var at vi bare hadde betalt for en enkel tur på 30 minutter, men hvis vi betalte 25 Euro hver direkte til han så skulle vi få en bedre og vakrere tur. Når vi sa vi allerede hadde betalt 119 Euro for 2 pers (1423 kr) og vi ikke ville betale mer, så sa han ikke et ord mer på turen, ingen info om bygg eller broer i kanalene. Når en kjøper: "Gondoltur i Canal grande og Rialtobroen med live kommentarer på engelsk" så er vi blitt lurt.
