The gondola do not have good seats , gondola drivers very rude , better options I am sure are available, overpriced as well

Esperienza bellissima: personale fantastico, ma confusione riguardo alla lingua in prenotazione e app.
Quando ho prenotato il tour ho scelto l'opzione "gondola condivisa" (scritto in italiano, non in inglese, francese o spagnolo), convinta di avere una guida che parlasse in italiano. Dopo aver ricevuto i biglietti in PDF, ho notato che nella sezione "lingua" era indicato solo l'inglese. Ho quindi chiesto delucidazioni tramite l'app e mi è stato risposto che la visita sarebbe stata anche in italiano. Quando siamo arrivati sul posto, il personale — dopo un momento di confronto — ci ha informate di alcuni malfunzionamenti dell’app, forse dovuti all’uso di risposte generate dall’IA. Il responsabile è stato gentilissimo e ha cercato di risolvere la situazione. La guida si è quindi offerta di condurre il tour, previsto solo in inglese, anche in italiano, solo per noi tre. L’esperienza è stata bellissima: la guida era competente, simpatica e disponibile; il gondoliere, amichevole e appassionato del suo mestiere. Molto interessante anche l’attività con realtà aumentata presso la libreria. Venezia ci ha conquistate 💙

Balade agréable en dehors du Grand canal. Balade un peu courte mais reposante+ bon guide (Emma). Cependant activité incontournable

Emma was such a great guide! The tour was very relaxing. It was very informative and the tour was a very good pace. I would definitively recommend to others.

The gondoliers could not keep their traps shut!! You are jammed through the canals with dozens of others doing the same tour, essentially a traffic jam. Zero romance. I can’t get over why the gondoliers from boat to boat felt it was necessary to chat 100% of the time to one another, similar to telephone tag. You cannot take in the sights because they are too loud. That being said, our initial tour guide for the walking tour was great. Personally, I’d skip this. Simply get on a ferry to Murano and enjoy the views of Venice without the constant chatter of the gondoliers. You’ll see the same stuff, and without the traffic jams between the channels, and the cost will be much less as well.

Nous avons été déçus par certains aspects de notre expérience. Tout d'abord, les places sur les **bancs n'étaient pas stables ni fixes**, ce qui n'est pas idéal, surtout au même prix que les banquettes. Ensuite, le gondolier est resté **au téléphone pendant toute la durée** du trajet. Cela a vraiment gâché l'ambiance et l'immersion. Pour couronner le tout, nos **pieds étaient mouillés** dès l'entrée dans la gondole. Heureusement, la **guide** qui nous a accompagnés jusqu'aux gondoles était **très gentille** et a rendu ce moment plus agréable avant l'embarquement.

Très belle surprise, bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous sommes organisés par groupe de « langues », nous avons une guide qui parle français, on nous remet un audio avec oreillettes. Nous commençons par un petit tour commenté à pied (10 min) pour se rendre à l’embarcation des gondoles. Nous sommes alors répartis à 4 par gondole, le tour dure 1/2 heure par de petits canaux et le grand canal. Puis nous finissons par une expérience immersive dans l’ancien Venise (casque virtuel). Tout était très sympa !
