Emma is the best!
Emma went above and beyond when our plans had to change because my child had an allergic reaction. She personally walked us to the gondolier at a later time so we could still go! The best highly recommended. The whole staff was helpful in accommodating us due to an u fortunate health crisis.

Awesome Experience!
The tour was amazing and Beatrice, our guide, was very friendly. The gondala ride was very relaxing as well and lasted 10-15 minutes!

This is an excellent tour of San Marco Basilica and Doge's Palace. Our tour guide was excellent. Lots of details and we could hear him. He had a great sense of humor! A little rushed at times. You move relatively fast. There were several tour groups in San Marco Square, the Basilica and Doge's Palace. These places are absolutely beautiful. You could spend days in them. We had the tour that started at 10:15, with the Gondola ride at 2:20. Take note of the time of your Gondola ride in the materials. Our tour ended about 1PM, so we had time for lunch in between the tour and the gondola ride. Well worth the money! Thank you!

Si vous voulez cocher la case j’ai fait un tour de gondole à Venise alors allez y… sinon aucun intérêt On se croit dans un parc d’attraction à circuler dans des canaux montrant les côtes sales des bâtiments. Une dizaine de gondoles qui se suivent avec des gondoliers peu aimables qui discutent entre eux. Aucun intérêt

Amazing
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Gondolier was very nice and answered my questions with ease. Gondola is scary since it rocks but you just need to get use to it.

Gondola
We were supposed to get a LIVE tour. Only had a qr code and none of us had our phones. We went down dorty little canals and 20 min we were down. We could have gotten one on our own for $60. I paid $220. Rip off

Liked it, but could have gotten the same for much less.
It was a good tour. However, have I known that I can get a very similar experience without booking online with TripAdvisor for about 60% of the price and not share a gondola with a stranger, I would do that. One can get a gondola ride for 90 euros just by stopping at a numerous gondola station throughout the city and get a thirty minutes ride for up to 5 people, all for a total of 90 euros. No rushing to be at a starting point on time, no waiting for groups to form, no strangers. Will be advising everyone to do just that.
