Informative host and peaceful ride.
Host was very informative, helpful and friendly. Despite a small wait for the ride due to busy times, it was a lot of fun and peaceful.

Thoroughly enjoyed
Really enjoyable, relaxed gondola experience. Gondolier was explaining things on route. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. The virtual reality experience was excellent.

Stora förväntningar på den här upplevelsen. Är svårt var vi ska börja? Först den här väntan på andra resenärer som var sena. Sen strul med högtalar systemet innan vi kom iväg. Fortsatte att bli rörigt men också en guide som bara malde på och det fanns ingen känsla eller förståelse eller andningspaus? Sen utan minsta förvaring så gick hon igenom alla oss med att VI skulle se ut på ett speciellt sätt/ kläda inför Markuskyrkan och Dodgepalatcet ? Nu var det inte 30grader men 22 å stark sol. Många kvinnor hade blusar/linnen på sig och dom flesta män hade sk fin shorts . Vi män fick komma in om vi vek ner shortsen om dom var uppvikta ? Men kvinnorna blev tvungna att köpa sjalar ? Efter mycket om å men stod vi sen i kön på väg in i kyrkan. När vi nästan var in så blev vi stoppade av vakten som sa att vi var för tidiga? Var bara att gå ut och ännu mer förvirrade . Blev att ställa sig i kön till Dodge istället. Sen blev det tillslut kyrkan. Och efter allt fanns det en lite stund att uppsöka toalett eller bara finnas innan gondol upplevdes . Den tjejen var 100% bättre än den första ? Vet inte för att hon var yngre men talade tydligt, förklarade ordentligt och upplevdes mer närvarande.

Useless audio guide
The audio guide doesn’t work. Viator’s company who organized this had a poor WiFi system - disconnected entirely and couldn’t reaccess once arriving at the facility. I ended up having to rent one separately onsite.

Our first trip to Venice
Our trip to Venice was a wonderful experience. The Gondolier's were professional, however, I wished they all wore the original hats and shirts. The shirts all had stripes but different style shirts. With that said, I would definitely take another gondola ride.

Es ist keine Tour auf dem Grand Canal, sonder durch die kleineren Kanäle, welche sich auf den Seitengassen befinden. Das war etwas enttäuschend für den Preis.

I liked riding in the canals, although I expected more for the price. ride was short, boat was cramped with five people, and our gondolier was unpersonable.

Einheimischer Guide, sie hat uns durch sämtliche Gassen geführt was uns als Einführung für diese Tour sehr geholfen hat alleine später wieder aus dem Labyrinth herauszufinden;))

Using the map via the app did not specify that the meeting place was the tour office. that would have been helpful. Also to say to allow additional time in the event that you need to take the ferry.
