El tour caminando dura 2 horas y no hacen ninguna pausa para ir al baño, tampoco la ofrecen, está bien la duración del tour pero en nuestro grupo iba gente mayor. Contratamos el tour en español incluido la gondola, pero lo que la guía fue diciendo erá en inglés, la guía nos dejo en la góndola y luego se fue. la app de guía de la gondola no está sincronizada con la ruta y puede ser porque parecía que nos llevaron por otra ruta y no por la del tour qué ofrecen. además era en español y ella solo hablo inglés y habían y nosotros y varios nos quedamos con prueba que compramos en español pero ellas dije

Rejs gondolą był bardzo stresujący z powodu jej ciągłego przechylenia w jedną ze stron. Wycieczka nazywa się rejs po Wielkim Kanale, podczas gdy płynie się po nim przez ostatnie 3 minuty wycieczki.

Dommage, une petite arnaque !!!! pas de visite secrète possible par cette agence Venice tour. Le nom visite secrète est bien écrit sur la contre marque mais nous avons fait une visite du palais guidée. D après notre guide la visite secrète ne peut se réserver que via le site du palais des doges. Nous avons surpayé notre visite… et avons été forcément très déçus…
