This was terrible. We rushed to make our reservation on time and all he did was take us around the block. We paid $200 for 10 minutes. And the activity says 30 mins.

The factory experience was amazing but our tour guide made it exceptional. Allegra was amazing. Kind, fun and extremely knowledgeable. My daughter and I are visiting Venice from San Francisco and it was the highlight of our time in Venice. We purchased some glass jewelry for my daughter and my mother back in the USA. Allegra was patient and allowed us to customize the tour which was amazing. The boat taxi was awesome as well. Premium experience!! Thank you Allegra

We were the 4th boat on a group of 6 and our guide took a turn and cut our tour in half. We missed 4 points of interest and were the first boat back. It was disappointing and the office was at lunch so we couldn’t tell anyone. Disappointed and felt taken advantage of
