I liked the gondola ride but our gondolier cut the ride short by about 1/3 if the trip, disappointing!

This ‘tour’ was good. If you’re just wanting access to riding a gondola without having to do any work- this is a good way to do that. However, we were put on a gondola with another couple and therefore were not able to sit together. Additionally, the gondola ride was max 25min. The tour went overtime and I’m unsure if the tour is specifically English but our guide had to repeat everything in French after she said it in English, which took a lot longer.

I recently joined a guided tour of the Doge’s Palace and St. Mark’s Basilica and had a great experience overall. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of our guide — he was a male guide with glasses — but he was incredibly informative and clearly very passionate about Venice’s rich history. He shared fascinating historical facts throughout the tour, especially about the Doge’s Palace and the Basilica, which really brought the sites to life. One of the best parts was that our tickets allowed us to skip the long queues, which was a huge plus, especially during peak hours. I didn’t expect the tour to be quite as long or involve as much walking, so be prepared for that. But in the end, it was worth it for the insights we gained and the time saved skipping lines. The ticket also included access to the Musei Correr, which was a nice bonus. I enjoyed taking my time there afterwards and exploring more of Venice’s stunning architecture.

Es muy corta la actividad por el precio que tiene , la visita a la basílica fue muy corta y en el Palacio Ducal, si bien nos podíamos quedar falto más explicación Fueron 2 horas desde que nos encontramos, hay que descontar el tiempo para colocar los micrófonos que funcionaran etc Es decir las 2 visitas incluidas no fue más que una 1 h 40 es poco tiempo

The gondola ride was great but had to wait in the back of the tour office for over half an hour waiting on other passengers approx 15-20 when only 5 in a gondola then all head to waterfront . It was a very warm day so being stuck in a building was uncomfortable. If I’d known how many gondola providers were available then I would have just hoped on with no hassle. Your operator provides free virtual tour but if you’ve booked a few tours then it’s repetitive with no option just to head to attractions. My husbands headset didn’t work and wasn’t fixed so it wasn’t an added bonus . The gondola was great but did head into very quiet areas and canals more residential with no communication from driver although you could download app so the only attraction was the bridge off sighs. Would I do again yes but I would definitely use another option.

Der Guide hat uns viele spannende Dinge erzählt und uns interessante Orte gezeigt. Vielleicht war ein bisschen viel auf dem Programm, wir hatten es recht eilig.

Excellent tour and guide. So much detailed information and history. The Basilica and Doge's Palace are incredible of course. Just a heads up, there is a lot of standing and walking on this tour, including some quite steep and narrow stairs. We loved it, but it is not really suited for folks with mobility issues or kids under about twelve.

Die App, die als Audioguide dienen sollte, hat letztlich nur auf einem unserer vier Handys funktioniert (2 Apple, 2 Android), noch dazu war die App sehr schlecht zu bedienen. Ein normales Audioguide-Gerät wäre uns lieber gewesen.

Awesome introduction to the Opera (perfect for kids)

I was looking for an introduction to Opera for my 11 year old twins and my mom. This was amazing. It is in the Doge Palace at night in a small room with great acoustics. The Performers and pianist could not have been better. They interacted with the audience and even took my son for a dance. They sang some of the greatest songs of Opera. It was a perfect introduction to the Opera. Could not have asked for a better night. This truly felt like such a unique experience and made for a most memorable night.

Long but informative

Guide was very informative but was a bit long. A few young girls left early as it was hot and no areas to rest. Our guide was very knowledgeable

Good Times! Highly Recommend!

The pickup point was in a clear and central location! The tour guide was super nice and helpful. The boat rides were very pleasant. The tour of the glass factory in Murano was so cool! As well as the lace and cookie stores in Burano!

Romantic

Well organised. Great way to celebrate our anniversary. The gondola was very romantic and we were lucky to have had the gondola to ourselves
