Excellent Tour & Guide
This was a wonderful experience that was well worth the money. We would do it again in a heartbeat. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and very kind. We would never want to visit these sites without our wonderful guide.

Amazing visit and guide!
Alessandro was an incredible guide! Fluent in french, passionate, with a lot of amazing anecdotes. He even went beyond timings and honestly I didn’t want the visit to stop. It was so interesting! And the organization was very easy and clear. So all great!

La visita è stata entusiasmante e la nostra guida, Ludovica Marangoni, molto preparata e disponibile. Un'occasione anche per conoscere la storia di Venezia e i mestieri magnifici che rischiano di scomparire. È stata una giornata bellissima, anche per un ragazzo di 12 anni!

not worth it
felt the commentary was extremely brief and not informative. ride was short and cramped with other people and we had a gondolier in training and was not a smooth ride. felt like not worth it and you can just get a private one off the street and random that would better

Good but could have been better.
The tour was good although it was short it was very pleasant. I mean, who could not enjoy, cruising through Venice in a gondola.. We did request an English speaking tour, but it was bilingual and was somewhat challenging for those who do not speak Spanish. I would recommend telling people in advance that the dialogue will be in both languages. It would’ve also been good if the gondolier would have provided some commentary other than just answering questions that we posed as we traveled for the 30 minutes

This was a great way to get around the crowds and learn about these iconic sites. We were glad we had included the gondola ride that went down beautiful quiet canals.

Îles vraiment magnifiques à voir
Les îles étaient magnifiques. Burano est une ville très coloré qui est très différente des autres villes et Murano est une ville qui fait de très belle chose en verre. Ça vos vraiment le coup!

The tour was informative and our tour guide Valentina did a fantastic job explaining the city. The tour lasted for about 1.45 hours.

Les gondoles à Venise
Très belle visite guidée avec un francais impeccable. Balade en gondole très agréable. Petite info utile, c'est le gondoles qui décide de la répartition et une fois assistant, ne surtout pas se déplacer dans la gondole au risque de le déséquilibrer.

Belle excursion
Belle excursion avec une guide agréable qui nous a donné plein de petites anecdotes. Dommage qu'il y est beaucoup de monde lors de la visite de la verrerie.

The tour guide included a live commentary which was great and also had a VR experience. It was set up well and easy to follow. However the gondola driver that we were allocated was quite rude. He constantly spoke throughout the gondola ride to someone on the phone would yell at us if we moved in a direction he wasn’t satisfied with and did so in quite a sarcastic manner hopefully the company can ensure the gondola drivers have more manners when they speaking to customers.
