Very chaotic at tour guide building Guide was very hard to understand.

Alessandro was an incredible guide! Fluent in french, passionate, with a lot of amazing anecdotes. He even went beyond timings and honestly I didn’t want the visit to stop. It was so interesting! And the organization was very easy and clear. So all great! Yes the tickets are expensive but worth it!

Not at all how it was described PRIOR to booking. The live commentary is ONLY on the “walking tour” which is half almost 3 quarters of the trip. The gondola ride is 10 minutes in silence. Our guide was very kind and it was impressive he knew three languages, our gondolier was funny and kind enough to answer our random questions. My problem is that I feel as though the description of “40 minute gondola ride with live commentary” is not an accurate reflection of this activity or what you pay for.

It was very interesting. However, I booked an English only tour and we had to hear Italian as well, which proved to be a little taxing in the heat… Good interesting local information however…

The tour was very well organized and the team were very professional and polite. the ride itself was amazing and gives visitare different views point of Venice City. I would highly recommend including the virtual reality demonstration at the end of the tour.

Loved that we did not go on the Grand canal and stayed in the calm water area. Wish we had more time in the boat.

You Don’t Want to Miss This!
We visited St. Mark’s and the Doge Palace and Valentina Stella was our guide. She gave a wonderful tour, filled with knowledge about the history of the city and heart about why she loves it so much. There were many tours going on that day and it was especially hot. Valentina was considerate of members of our group who needed extra time due to physical needs. We did this tour on the first day of our stay in Venice and I wouldn’t do it any other way. It was helpful to have this information on the first day to frame everything else that we would see and do for the remainder of our stay. I give this experience a 10 out of 10!
