The host guide was great, but our Gondolier was rude. He was insulting us in Italian not realizing we could understand him. We were gracious and didn’t say anything, but they should think about insulting their guest appearance while they are in the tour.

Would be nice to have a different 3D experience for gondola making or something more specific to the gondolas. We had another tour earlier to Doge’s Palace where we watched the same video. Nicely done video and we all enjoyed it but more is good too!

¡Me gustó muchísimo! Fue una actividad muy completa, el paseo fue muy divertido y las vistas son hermosas! La guía fue súper amable conmigo y nos dio información súper interesante sobre la historia de Venecia. 10/10, regresaría de nuevo a este tour sin pensarlo dos veces :)

le ton monotone de la guide, sa accent difficile a comprendre et des explications confuses, tout cela a rendu la visite pénible et très longue

La basilique mérite d'être visitée .... c'est absolument grandiose... Notre guide nous a bien expliqué les différentes parties de la basilique. A l'agence, avant de partir en visite, nous avons eu une visite virtuelle de la ville au moyen âge... Très intéressant. Seul bémol, le système de communication entre guide et visiteurs (oreillette) est perfectible

When we reached the meeting point there was no instruction of who was the guide or where should we wait. We asked random ppl on the streets. There should be a sign in order for us to not wander around.

Awesome tour!

Everything as expected and more! Loved the boat ride, interesting demonstrations, and plenty of time to explore on Burano and Murano.

Wonderful Experience!

This carnival mask making class was so much fun. 10/10 would recommend to do with family, friends, or even on your own! The activity was a relaxing moment during a very active vacation. Our teacher, Petra, was extremely kind and helpful during the process. If you enjoy creative activities, this experience is one you should have when in Venice!

Horrid

The worst thing ever happeneed! I did pay 137€ for the "gondola private romantic ride" and the dude driving the gondola did some circles around their gondola station and sent us back to the parking!
