Be careful about this guys
The tour was supposed to start at 10:25 and end by 15:25. At 10:40, after leaving us waiting under 30 degrees, we still had not entered the boat. At that time the guide told me we were not going to be back before 16:00. As that would mean I would lose my flight, I informed I would need to cancel the tour and asked how could I get my refund. Not only he was absolutly rude as he told me I should ask the money back to Venice Tours SRL, whose office is in London!!! Be careful about this guys.

Bello ma da perfezionare
La guida è stata molto simpatica e preparata, sempre disponibile e pronta a soddisfare qualsiasi problema o esigenza. L'esperienza è stata per lo più positiva, l'unica annotazione che posso fare è il poco tempo che si ha per visitare Murano, si dovrebbe lasciare almeno una mezz'ora dopo la dimostrazione del vetro soffiato per poter girare l'isola. Un altro appunto lo devo fare per la dimostrazione del vetro che è stata fatta esclusivamente in inglese e non mi sembra corretto dato abbiamo pagato e c'erano presenti anche degli italiani, e nonostante sia stato fatto notare il tipo è stato molto scortese ed ha continuato a fare la spiegazione in inglese fregandosene della richiesta!

Guide was great, the second stop Torcello was quite boring. Not much to do on that island. Other than that, great experience.

We learned so much on the tour; Valentina was very knowledgeable! Her stories were so interesting, and she was very good at answering questions. I would highly recommend this tour!

Burano is beautiful! Lovely chance to get out on the water and explore away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Excellent tour guide, David was very friendly and knowledgeable. Glass demonstration on Murano was very interesting. Burano is beautiful, lovely lunch in one of the recommended restaurants. We only had 8 people on our trip so nice small group.

Beautiful ride, water was not windy, thank God!
The gondola ride was beautiful and relaxing, I just wish it was a little longer. For some reason I did not get to hear the tour from the radio, I think it got disconnected.

The VR display of showing the old Venice for a few minutes after the Gondola Ride was excellent! It was immersive, well-designed, and brought history to life in a vivid and engaging way. A truly memorable experience. However, clearer information should be provided about when to use the radios and in which situations the radio will not work, this should be written clearly in the description.

The meeting place was a little confusing since it wasn’t near a canal. It would have been helping for a small description so I would have known that I was indeed going to the right place. We then sat in a hot room for about 20 mins. There was a neat little VR movie about the history of Venice. We then walked back out to the canal and got on our gondola. The gondoliers were yelling at each other so it was a tad annoying since we were trying to enjoy our ride. Eventually they quieted down. It was over all a pleasant experience, though it wasn’t an hour on the gondola, more like 35 mins. Still, it’s a must do while in Venice. I just think next time I will walk up to one of the many gondola services all over the place and just go for a ride rather than scheduling it.
