The time is enough to sei the three islands and our guide was fantastic at her job. She was very careful and well prepared.

Demasiado tiempo para tan poco – recomendaría solo Murano
La guía fue excelente: amable, clara y muy bien informada. Sin embargo, mi insatisfacción es con el diseño del tour, no con su trabajo. La visita a Murano fue lo más valioso del tour: el trabajo del vidrio soplado es realmente interesante. Sin embargo, Torcello no ofrece nada especial y Burano, aunque pintoresco, tiene poco contenido más allá de algunas tiendas. En mi opinión, no se justifica invertir tantas horas en un tour a las tres islas. Hubiese preferido aprovechar ese tiempo en otra experiencia dentro de Venecia. Recomiendo hacer solo Murano, que sí vale la pena.

Great tour to Basilica San Marco and Palazzo Ducale with a great guide
We visited the Basilica and the Palazzo with Valentina as our knowledgable guide. She added plenty of interesting information about the places and the history of Venice. We recommend this tour.

Too much focus on what not to do
After 1 hour 15 minutes we finally left the courtyard of the doge palace where almost then entire tour was focused on what we could not do as an attendees. Had to abandon the tour as I’m pretty sure 6 hours later we would still be in the first exhibit room. Very disappointing.

Well worth it
Camilla was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The semi-private tour was well worth it when you saw the packed water taxis!

It was one of the most amazing experiences anybody could ever have. Some people didn’t show up and we came early so we ended up getting an acoustic guitar player and an opera singer on our private tour. Some people that were late were on a separate boat, not on the music boat. It was just us. The guide walked us to the gondola stop. She was really nice and informative. Then they proceeded to sing and play for us. The singer was really talented as well as the Maestro (guitar player), these people were pros. It was a really cool experience, something that you can’t replicate. The singer even took our picture. Probably 30-50 people took pictures or videos of us from the shore. It was the most romantic experience of our lives. It was like it was from a movie. Ten stars, for real.

La guide était top, elle expliquait très bien, elle nous a fait un petit tour avant de monter en gondole et nous a proposé à la fin et à ceux qui le souhaitent, une visite virtuelle en 360’ sur l’histoire de la ville. L’organisation était bien mais il y avait beaucoup de touristes et de gondoles dans les canaux, je vous conseille d’éviter la haute saison !

This was such a fun experience and well done! My daughter loved painting her mask and the owners were friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend and was a highlight!

The gondola part was great, but the guide never really cared about the group. The told us to wait for her in a precise spot after the gondola to get the 2nd part of the trip … which we did for 30 minutes. She never showed up, we never got to the 2nd half of the trip. We had to walk back to the starting point to return our audio equipment to notice she was already taking care of another group. We paid well over 200 euros for something that was worth 90 euros… it will likely be the last time Inise GetYourGuide.

Die Tour durch den Dogen-Palast war genau richtig. Nicht zu lang dennoch genügend detailliert. Der Treffpunkt könnte besser beschrieben sein. Gerade bei aufgebauter Bühne auf dem Markusplatz findet man den Durchgang schlecht.
