Une belle journée qui a passé vite.

Belle organisation, notre guide parlais français et était sympathique. Si il y a un seul mauvais commentaire serait la durée trop courte sur les îles pour profiter au maximum de ce qui a à voir sur les deux îles. Sinon dans l’ensemble c’était très bien!

Burano, Murano and Torciello teip

Burano was by far our favorite and could have spent more time there and less time in Murano at the glass factory. It was difficult to hear the guide through the air piece with the noise of the boat but she did a great job and was very friendly and personable.

The tour was amazing. I think we booked the live commentary but we ended up with the VR option which worked out better. The VR was so informative and we all got so much out of it. We then had to download an app that gave us commentary at different locations along the ride. This meant we were able to enjoy the ride, take photos and take in the charm of the camals. We are a family of four and we had our own gondola, which was great. Highly recommend this tour..

Hard to hear

It was nice to have access to the attractions. It was very difficult to hear our guide for the square, basilica and palace. It was easier for the walk to gondolas. It would be nice to be told about restrictions like covering knees in advance. Overall, I would pick a different option next time.

Gondola ride Venice

Emma was a great guide and told us about the history of Venice. The gondola ride was beautiful and peaceful although a lot of other gondolas were there and the virtual reality experience very interesting.

Great tour

Excellent tour guide, very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Toured the Doge Palace and St. Mark's Basilica.

Weather unbearably hot, but guided tour good. Gondola tour guides lack professionalism.

The weather was so hot that our visit to the Doge's palace and St. Mark's was miserable--not the fault of the guide or the tour company! The tour was good, covering a lot of territory in a reasonable amount of time. The guide seemed knowledgeable and presented a lot of interesting information along the way. Now for the Gondola ride--We were told where and when to meet our guide, and we were there. No guide was in sight, so we waited and waited. I saw a group of guides across the street talking and yucking it up, apparently about nothing to do with the gondola tour. After 20 minutes or so, I crossed the street to ask if they knew anything about the trour that was supposed to meet under the sign across the street. One responded, "Oh, that our (my) tour. Who are you?" When I answered with my name, she said "Oh, we're waitng on you." She gathered up the rest of the group, and we left. We ended up waiting about an hour for our gondola, I think because we were late due to our starting to the departure point late. I suggest to any going on this tour that you beware the gondola guides. I'd read poor reviews for this segment earlier because of incidents just like mine. Otherwise, the tour was fine.

Beautiful boat ride

Great views, great experience. We had a great time and saw so much, really good value for money. We packed in so much more than I was expecting.

Island boat trip Venice

Great value, easy to find pickup point, plenty of room on the boat, a lot of inclusions in the trip and taken to some beautiful islands that I wouldnt have otherwise known were part of venice

Très belle excursion, avec un timing. Qualité du guide qui nous donne des informations pratiques. Animation pédagogique.

Très belle excursion. David sait animer l'excursion en racontant l'histoire de Venise avec simplicité et clarté. Il est agréable et disponible.

The canal ride was lovely. We booked the serenade option, however unfortunately because the musicians were on another gondola, there were times we could not hear the music. Shame, because we are musicians, hence why we booked this option! Just be warned, you may not be in the musicians gondola!

Éramos un grupo de 16 personas que habíamos llegado a Venecia hace poquito. Llegamos al punto de encuentro 14:02 y el guía no estaba. Nos comunicamos vía telefónica y el sistema automatizado nos mandó a la oficina y no la encontramos. El asistente virtual mensajes contestaba casi repetitivamente que nos dirigiéramos a otra dirección. Solicité conversar por mensaje con un humano y nunca nos comunicó. Muy mala experiencia.
