Very disorganized from the start and then at times felt rushed. Our guide was sweet but sometimes hard to hear. While we did get some interesting details that we wouldn’t have on our own, it really wasn’t worth the money we paid .

eramos un grupo de amigos que compramos por separado, quedó el punto de reunión a las 14, llegamos 14:01 y no estaba el guía, hay que tener en cuenta somos turistas que los tiempos no pueden ser tan inflexible.

The gondola ride is in a very busy area, lots of boat traffic and takes a little loop through a small inner canal, which is full of gondala boats, it lasted less than 30mins. Venice is very beautiful and this was a bucket list item for our kids, is it good value for money, no. The guide barely said 2 words and asked for a tip at the end, which was not justified.

por favor, mejorar la tolerancia al viajero extranjero principalmente, ya que dependemos de otros horarios ajenos a nuestra responsabilidad. Además de llegar al minuto pasada la hora al punto de encuentro solicitado y no encontrar al guia ya ni una respuesta telefónica, hemos quedado un grupo de 16 personas SIN realizar el tour. Lamento, no lo puedo recomendar.

Très chouette
C’était très sympa ! Carlotta notre guide était très chouette, elle expliquait bien. Les visites guidées étaient biens mais assez courtes. Sur les temps libres : trop chouette mais beaucoup trop court à Burano, on aurait voulu y rester plus longtemps. Et temps libre trop long sur Murano pour le peu à découvrir.

Our guide was amazing and full of knowledgeable. It took an experience that was already great and added so much history and understanding. Would recommend her to anyone!

Hemos pasado una velada agradable con Camila como guía. Hemos visitado Murano en donde nos mostraron como se trabaja el cristal, para luego visitar Burano, en donde visitamos una tienda donde nos dieron una degustacion de dulces tipicos y visitamos tambien un comercio que realiza los calados tipicos de la isla. Camila habla perfectamente español, se explica correctamente y el sistema electrónico empleado ha funcionado correctamente. La recomiendo.

Not worth it
The entire experience was a flop from beginning to the end. The guide spoke poor English and had no context and adequate historical information about the places we visited.

Consigliatissima!!! Da fare !!!
Da fare. Ottimo rapporto qualita prezzo. A noi ci ha accompagnato Caterina, molto brava e attenta a tutti i partecipanti. Cortese e simpatica. Interessante la passeggiata dal punto di ritrovo alla gondola con racconto di Venezia. Il giro in gondola sempre affascinante dura 20/30 minuti circa. Infine c'e l'esperienza con il visore virtuale. Un'espetienza da fare !!! E alla portata di tutti.

Todo genial, Camila es muy buena guía y te ayuda con cualquier duda que tengas, visitamos 2 islas preciosas en barco (Murano y Burano) mi familia y yo no mareamos en barco cuando siempre solemos hacerlo
