Great day out
Great trip. Camilla was awesome we had a lovely day out. Tour was on time and stuck to schedule. Both places visited were great.

Would opt for a more personal tour for just a little bit more money without headphones and could personalize a bit more
The quality of the audio on the ear phones was very poor. Our guide was knowledgeable but she was struggling with the microphone. The tour was very fast and hard to follow sometimes with the poor audio and our guide was perhaps trying to tell us too much . She was very sweet but hard to understand at times. The gondola ride was pleasant and was nice to slow down finally and enjoy a little less activity.

Overall it was a nice...
Overall it was a nice experience. The actual ride in the Gondola was only about 20 minutes which in my opinion was enough. The rest of the time was spent walking around from the meeting point to where we boarded the gondola and our tour guide provided some walking tour information while doing that. At the end there was a VR experience at the office which we all enjoyed and it was nice to do.

The quality of the boat...
The quality of the boat was not good. The tour guides were good but with wind, engine noise etc and poor quality of head phones, I was not able to hear tour guides properly. The visit to Islands was ok because weather was hot and sunny!

Venice in a Gondola
The tour length, including the walk with commentary and the gondola ride, was the perfect length. It was a great way to explore the canal and see the internal portions of the city. I do wish our gondolier had been more proactive talking about the city and the sites we were seeing as he guided us.

Loved visiting both islands, definitely recommend doing this instead of a gondola ride if you have a half day to commit.
David was an absolute pleasure to have as a guide! Made the information fun while remaining informative! Was incredibly helpful and was always there if we needed

Great half day tour at Burano and Murano

Great tour with friendly tour guides. Doges palace part is the longest part.
It was very interesting. Our tour guide Sara was very knowledgeable and friendly. We did the tour with the gondola ride. We didn’t have to wait in line for tickets for anything so that was great. I wouldn’t recommend this for older people or those who can’t walk briskly at is it pretty fast paced and several hours on your feet with a minimal break in between. It worked fine for our family because we are pretty active (for Americans). The Doges palace was the longest part. If you’re already worn out by the first part, leave doges palace early and take a break although the end is where you go down and see the jail/dungeon which was pretty interesting

Wonderful gondola tour in Venice
Elena was a perfekt guide, she told us very interesting things about Venice. The gondola ride was also amazing. At the beginning we had a small story telling through the 3d glasses, it was also very entertaining. I would certainly do this tour again!

The name of this tour is incredibly misleading. I chose to book this tour, Venice: Doge's Palace, Bridge of Sighs & Prisons Guided Tour thinking that this tour would provide something that the other tours offered did not, a tour guide highlighting the Bridge of Sighs and Prisons (as the title states). IT DID NOT. The tour lasted 45 minutes with the guide. She ended thet tour at the conclusion of the explanation of Doge's Palace, and had us continue the remainder of the tour on our own. Very, very disappointed with the price that we paid for this tour for what we received.
