The palace was kinda crowded and lone tourists were noisy, with small kids. There are no rules - total jungle. We barely were able to listen to oir guide with max volumes on the headsets. Skip the line ticket and guide stories worth the experience

Affordable and investing tour
Very friendly and informative guide, enough time to explore, take pics and buy some of the wonderful food and goods on offer. Boat ride between locations is pleasant too.

Wonderful gondola tour in Venice
Elena was a perfekt guide, she told us very interesting things about Venice. The gondola ride was also amazing. At the beginning we had a small story telling through the 3d glasses, it was also very entertaining. I would certainly do this tour again!

Misterio.
Se ven muchas callejuelas, hay sitios interesantes que no se pueden ver caminando. Por parte de la guía turística es súper maja, se la entendía todo en español dado que éramos el grupo español, por otra parte si había dudas las resolvía. Era muy cercana 10/10 su nombre es Elena.

Great tour with friendly tour guides. Doges palace part is the longest part.
It was very interesting. Our tour guide Sara was very knowledgeable and friendly. We did the tour with the gondola ride. We didn’t have to wait in line for tickets for anything so that was great. I wouldn’t recommend this for older people or those who can’t walk briskly at is it pretty fast paced and several hours on your feet with a minimal break in between. It worked fine for our family because we are pretty active (for Americans). The Doges palace was the longest part. If you’re already worn out by the first part, leave doges palace early and take a break although the end is where you go down and see the jail/dungeon which was pretty interesting

Disappointing and not the trip we expected from the description
Booked trip based on the many great reviews here but overall our experience was poor for 3 main reasons. 1. Francesco our guide was almost impossible to understand. His command of the English language was poor and he spoke very softly too. At best we could hear 1 in every 3 words he was saying so much of the commentary was lost. We are English but were not alone in not understanding him. Everyone in the group was complaining and at one point an American asked him to speak louder and more clearly as we were all having trouble. Such a shame as I think he had really interesting facts about the Basilica and Doges Palace which were lost in their delivery. 2. Be warned the trip is listed as a 3 hr. 30 duration. However this massively varies depending on what time you book the tour. We discovered the gondola element can be straight after the rest of the tour but at other times there is a break before you can do this element. So a 9am tour has the gondola at 11.40 but a 10.15 tour has the gondola at 2.20 I.e.with a 2 hour break in the middle making the tour over 5 hours! We had booked 10.15 and only had the 3 hrs 30 to give to the tour as we had to leave Venice shortly after so missed the gondola experience entirely which is such a shame, as well as a waste of money. 3. The tour lists the experience as a maximum of 15 people but they overbooked our tour and there were 19 of us which was too large a group to tour with in such busy and popular tourist attractions, especially when we were struggling to hear our guide and so wanted to face him where possible. Although we were happy to pay for such an expensive trip initially, overall it was a very disappointing excursion both in learning about the sights and really felt like poor value for money in light of the 3 points above.

Highly recommend the trip- Great value for money and super enjoyable
The guide David was amazing ! Super knowledgeable and learnt so much. All the stories he shared are not something you would find online. Also the trip to the 2 islands in itself was great! Enough time to explore, take photos and buy souvenirs. Highly recommend!

David was a wonderful tour guide and shared such great knowledge with us! Both burano and murano were beautiful and it was a perfect half day tour!
