Fascinating tour. Our guide was a genuine Venetian, so there were lots of insights that you wouldn't get from a book. Incredible buildings and wonderful history.

Die Führung an sich war ganz gut, aber wir hatten die Option Geheime Wege gebucht und statt dessen nur eine normale Führung bekommen. Da wir nur einen Tag in Venedig waren und im Zeitdruck konnten wir das mit der Agentur im Nachhinein leider nicht klären.

Good.

The view was great, boat ride aswell. Tour guide was a bit difficult to understand due to the Italian accent. Worth the money, much cheaper than a gondola in the city centre or a AGTV (overcrowded).

Burano is amazing the cool island. Murano is the glass master island what they do is exciting, both are worth watching..

We had an excellent tour. Well organized and great to see the highlights of Murano and Burano. Our guide Letizia was lovely and informative and helpful.

Not the best

Good day but feel we would have been better going independently. The radios were terrible I struggled to keep it on my ear and I noticed so many other passengers having issues as well. The linen shop and glass blowing was really just a way to sell you their goods. Glass blowing lasted 10 mins maximum. My advice is just make your own way there. The tour guides were lovely so this is not their fault.

Lovely experience

We had a great time on our tour. The glass blowing demonstration at Murano was amazing, and Burano was also a beautiful place. It was a short time at Murano, however it was okay for us because there isn’t a lot to do there, and there is just enough time to take some pictures and go. We opted not to stop at Torcello and instead spent 2 hours at Burano, which was enough time for us to have lunch and walk around a little. Our tour guide was very helpful and informative. I would recommend this tour if you’re new to Venice.

Our tour guide Alvise was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and the gondola ride is a must do in Venice! Iconic. Highly recommend.

Η θέα ήταν καταπληκτική. Ήρεμη διαδρομή! Βγάλαμε ωραίες φωτογραφίες. Θα το ξανάκανα. Η ξεναγός ήταν πολύ καλή! Ο γονδολιέρης δεν ήταν ομιλητικός.

Disappointing

No accommodations for hearing impaired. Equipment did not work with hearing aids. Even for others the equipment worked sporadically. The guide was excellent. Disappointing not being able to hear of all the magnificent places in the Basilica and Dogess Palace.

Island day

We visited Burano first, which was really amazing, the guide girls introduced us the islands we were passing by, and let us have enough time on the island to explore it. Then we went to Murano, which was less entertaining for me, but it also had its own sight.

Nuestro viaje en Góndola

Fue un paseo agradable y relajante, con muy bonitas vistas. El Tour fue bien explicado y mientras estábamos en la góndola nos explicaron mediante el radio el inicio del Gran Canal.

Excelente Tour, lo recomendamos de todas maneras muy simpático y atento Alvise. 100% recomendable nosotros lo hicimos con dos niñas pequeñas y no tuvimos ningún problema. Felicitaciones.!
