Insgesamt etwas zu nüchtern, wenig persönliches, Unser Guide hat sich nicht vorgestellt, weder mit Namen , noch mit Qualifikation. Die 3 D Präsentation neben dem Büro war sehr interessant.

très bel accueil au point de rdv et expérience VR sur Venise est formidable! Notre guide nous a fait découvrir 2 sites magnifiques ! si c'était à refaire je ne prendrai que la visite guidée de la basilique. Le palais des Doges trop long et ton un peu monocorde de notre guide ( petit bémol rien de grave).

Super interessante Tour durch Venedig. Wir haben am vorigen Tag auf eigene Faust Venedig erkundet. Durch diese Führung wurde das geschichtliche noch in den Vordergrund gerückt. Wir haben Teile der Stadt entdeckt, die wir zuvor noch nicht gesehen haben. Die anschließende kostenlose VR-Tour war ebenfalls super. Es war auch für unser Kind (10) interessant. Weiter so 👍

Best tour of my trip! Valencia was a superb guide. She provided an informative commentary throughout on all things Venetian from the historical to modern era of life in Venice. I would do another tour from her and this provider in a heart beat. The walk was quiet and peaceful with stops in local squares and interesting lesser known locations. Well done!

Our guide was good, but I wish we spent more time in the Basilica instead of the Palace. The Bell Tower was a great addition!

Meeting point mess
Good luck finding the correct meeting spot. The app had listing a business then address. The address did not match the business listed. We contacted support to confirm and got told a completely different location. We went to the one support listed, which was incorrect. We missed the beginning of our tour, made it to Doge’s Palace tour and was rushed to make it to our gondola ride, all around was so messy. The tour guide for Doge’s Palace was okay. She didn’t give too much information. The gondola was also fine, you’ll likely have to share with others unless you have 5 people in your group. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this tour. For how expensive it was, I don’t feel like it was worthwhile. If anything, it was stressful, rushed, confusing, and exhausting. Not to mention, there were various others who had the same experience as us. It shouldn’t be that difficult to list a meeting place accurately.
