This was the worst tour experience. The gondola ride lasted less than 20 minutes and didn’t follow the advertised route. Instead, the gondolier took a shortcut, and we ended up missing four major landmarks that were supposed to be part of the tour. We paid over €200 for four people — it was completely unacceptable.

Al ser un guía veneciano de nacimiento transmite muy bien lo que es esta ciudad, secretos y lugares con pocos turistas pero muy cargados de historia, y vistas únicas.

Lucia was a great guide! She was happy and knowledgeable. Her pace was great and she knew her material. Thank you Lucia! My only criticism was that staff at the office was a bit grumpy.

25 min ride, only 5 min in grand canal, route was not a good route. Better options for the money out there. Disappointed in the price
