We were a group of three people. Unfortunately we got lost on the way to the tour, the girls at the office were extremely helpful. helping us catch up with the tour. A BIG THANK YOU TO GIAI(?) who just happened to be our guide the previous day!!😀Absolute beautiful girl! Our walking tour was extremely informative & interesting. Rosella was our guide, ‘perfecto’ in explaining the history & ensured everyone kept together as a large group Great English! Gorgeous lady. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely terrible experience. I booked this tour months in advance for 4:00 PM and even received a confirmation reminder the morning of my visit showing the same time. At 12:10 PM, I received a phone call informing me that the tour had been moved to 12:15 PM and that I needed to arrive within five minutes. When I explained that it was impossible to get there that quickly, especially in the middle of a very hot day, there was no attempt to accommodate me or offer a reasonable alternative. The fact that a reservation made months in advance could be changed with virtually no notice is unacceptable. Even more disappointing was the complete lack of customer care when I raised the issue. This was one of the most frustrating travel experiences I've had. Poor communication, poor planning, and no regard for customers who have organized their day around a confirmed booking. I would not recommend this company. .
