Empresa séria e atendentes muito solícitos. Mas é um passeio que não precisa necessariamente de reserva, preços são tabelados e há muita oferta lá na hora, onde talvez você consiga até um passeio mais longo, pois esse da empresa é 10-15 min máximo efetivo na gôndola, o resto é um vídeo virtual e uma explicação da guia enquanto nos leva até a saída para as gondolas. Se puder pagar, não divida a gôndola, fica apertado demais para cinco pessoas.

Es war interessant durch die kleinen Kanäle zu fahren. Allerdings hat der Guide sich nur mit den anderen Guide vor uns lautstark unterhalten. Wir haben nicht wie im Angebot geschrieben eine Infotour am Treffpunkt erhalten und sind auch keine 30 min Gondel gefahren. Unser Ausflug begann 18 Uhr und 18.20 Uhr waren wir wieder am Ziel. Leider nicht das bekommen wofür man bezahlt bzw. was man gebucht hat. Enttäuschend.

it was a great experience. Our guide was very informative she explained everything on detail and answers all our questions. she made the tour worth it by explaining everything in detail and showing us all important things.
