Gloria is AMAZING!

We had a wonderful tour of the St. Mark’s Bascilica and the Doge’s Palace with Gloria!! She told us so many interesting things as she showed us the sites. She was FANTASTIC!! I would probably do the Gondola trip separately in the future because you go on the Grand Canal at the entrance and I would have preferred a different part.

Great tour guide and good value for money

I was really happy with Atena, our tour guide. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the islands and Venice. Would recommend and good value for money

Could have been great. Was just ok.

This was a long day and very touristy. There were two guides. One for the Basillica and Doge, and then one for the gondola experience. Both guides were lovely people. The basillica and doge was exactly as you would expect. We did get to skip the line. Super crowded inside. The guide spoke English very well. She left us at 4:30 and we had an hour to ourselves before the final part of the tour - the gondola ride. That was a chaotic mess. The guide again was lovely. The gondola company was not organized and we waiting another 30 min before boarding the boat. Our guide was speaking in both French and English - catering more to French. We felt like we got the summary version of what she was saying in French. There seemed to be hundreds of gondolas all traversing the same square waterways. It was a massive traffic jam in the water. When we got off we went back to the tour center and did a virtual reality experience about the history of Venice. Not sure where or how that really fit into the day. Again our VR experience e was delivered Iin French and we had to go ask for it to be switched to English.

Very simple but very classy. A great change of pace from the busy atmosphere of the city. The shop owners were very kind and the masks are high quality!

Passionate Preview of Venice!

Our tour guide Joanna was gery knowledgeable and passionate about the information she presented to our group. She took care of our group great during the tour and even to to make a quick switch with the headsets during our tour! Great tour to see the highlights of Venice with your teenage family.

Perfect quick and education tour of beautiful Venice!

So kind and educational! Our guide led us to our gondola with commentary and sent us off on a magical 20 minute ride (perfect!) before a very cool VR experience!

Solid tour

The tour was great! Our tourguide and the gondoliere were very friendly and all question were answered. The route was beautiful too. Maybe I missed to look for it correctly but it would have been nice to know the route beforehand. Be aware that the ride on the boat is only 25-30min (there is a walk before and a VR-experience after - both was nice). Thank you for this experience!

Excellent tour!

Alvise was an excellent guide, giving us tons of insight on Venice as a local. We learned about the opera house and the architecture of the area.

A fab Murano & Burano day

A fabulous way to experience both of these quaint islands! They both have their own unique attractions and ambience. Our tour guide Atina was very knowledgeable with all the history and made it a great day.

Gondola ride was a good experience. Alvise was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He took us through it very well and the water experience was amazing.

The tour was alright. However, the earpiece provided was of poor quality—I couldn’t clearly understand what the tour guide was saying. Burano and Murano were excellent! Both are great places to stroll around. Unfortunately, we weren’t given enough time to explore, especially in Burano. We only had time to eat, and then it was already time to leave. Also, the tour started too late, and the boat arrived very late. It felt like a waste of time—rather than exploring these amazing destinations, we spent too much time just waiting in Venice.

We enjoyed the tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and interesting. The only gripe I have is disorganization on arrival for the tour. The vr headsets weren’t all working. I missed out on the introductory vr experience and was told to come back the next day which I wasn’t able to do as we were leaving. That was disappointing otherwise the tour itself with the guide was very good.
