I paid for the private tour two months in advance, and they changed it at the last minute. The gondolier didn't say a word; it wasn't a unique experience. The guide was friendly, but they offer a choice and change it. I don't recommend it.

Grace was fabulous so much history she was fun and so informative. We loved this tour and the gondola ride was excellent!
