Great experience!
Perfect amount of time in each location. We went to murano and burano. Recommend spending more time in burano. Nikola was very friendly and helpful!

Great tour and guid was marvelous! Very knowledgeable and nice. We had a great time. There is an elevator if you can not climb stairs.

Couldn't hear the commentary, was over priced and poorly organised, had to share a gondola with 2 other people Waste of money

Great value for money
The tour is definitely worth it. There were lots of opportunities to explore yourself, the tour guide was really informative and accessible due to the headphones and the two demonstrations were the right length of time and enjoyable. I also left behind a bag of souvenirs for my mum in Murano and my tour guide was really kind about it and he organised for it to be found and brought back for me. Thank you very much!

Everything was done in a timely manner and we got plenty of time to see all the sights. Camilla was very friendly and a nice host.

Valentina was amazing! We were all so interested the whole time. She was calm and patient manoeuvring all the crowds. You could feel her love for Venice. It made me love it.

You have to be patient as...
You have to be patient as you wait for others to arrive. You are placed into a group of up to 5 people, lead through the pathways to the gondolas by the guide who gives some historical information about Venice as we walk. Once at the gondolas the guide organises with the gondoliers and then leaves you to get on the gondola and heads back to the drop off point. It was a good trip but I think next time I would book for 2 people only. We sat in the full seats and the other two people sat in more bench seats on the sides, it was difficult to take photos in this position even though the seats would be considered to be better. Not a complaint but good to be aware of the visual when you are with more people. Still enjoyed our journey.

Góndola en familia
El paseo en góndola recomendable aunque son unos 20 minutos y en el trayecto al embarcadero, Verónica nos fue explicando la historia de Venecia de manera entretenida, es muy amable, da gusto encontrar guías así. Gracias.

Fantastic tour of Doge. Our guide was enthusiastic and passionate in her descriptions and provided much detail about the castle and all that happened within its walls.

Great excursion with caveats listed in the review
The excursion was great. The issue was that viator cancelled my previously scheduled Venice tour without informing me. When I contacted them, they booked me on a tour in French, even though I told the rep I needed an English tour. He reassured me that it would be corrected. However it took many hours of phone calls with both Viator and Venice tours to get it “straightened out”. But when I came to check in I was told the reservation was still in French and could not be changed because of guide assignment rules in the Basilica and Palace. Eventually a work around was found which allowed my group to participate with an English speaking guide. Kudos for that. Also this 3 hour tour took 5 hours because of a very disorganized gondola segment. Plan your day accordingly if you choose this tour.

Zeker aan te raden, maar live commentaar is via audiogids (app).
Vooraleer we vertrokken was er een korte VR-beleving en een gids die enkele woorden uitleg gaf over de gondel en over Venetië. De « live commentaar » is eigenlijk een audiogids die je via een applicatie kan beluisteren. Ik vond dat niet zo handig dus heb ik vooral genoten van het zicht en nadien een paar dingen nagelezen. Mijn dochters vonden het ook de moeite waard om Venetië op deze manier te ontdekken.

Perfect 1 day itinerary
Very good trip seen all the main islands and history within the day, had loads of alone time also to go to shops and get food/drink. Returned back to the port for 4pm.

Nos gustó que éramos pocos y pudimos tener un tour muy tranquilo, también apreciamos que la guía era local y hablaba muy bien español. El tour comenzó y duró el tiempo estipulado, así que estuvo muy bien.
