Great tour guide and the overall experience was very good. However, I felt the gondola tour could have been slightly longer and I was under the assumption the additional guide to the museum would be accompanied with a staff member based on the promotional video provided.

Amazing time even with the rain
I had a great time on this tour! I knew it was supposed to rain so the covered boat was the perfect way to see Murano and Burano. The boat ride was peaceful with great insights about the various islands by our tour guide. The demonstrations were brief but impressive. I'm so glad I decided to go, and it was totally worth the price.

Re-booked our boat to someone else
We were booked for 5 people total and told we would have a gondola completely to ourselves. Our appointment was at 11:00 am. We were on another TripAdvisor tour that was scheduled to get out at 10:40 and was a 4-minute walk away. The tour guide would NOT let us leave the tour and she ran long. We made it to. The gondola kiosk at 11:02. I showed the lady the reservation. She got on the phone and began calling someone repeatedly. Finally at 11:20, she told us we had "missed the boat" and it had "left without us". I questioned this as we should have had a boat booked for the entire 45 minutes. She told me I could go somewhere else and book a ride.

Very good ,but we were led to believe that we would have English commentary onboard the gondola, as soon we got out of range of the guide who stayed onshore. It was all quite, so no building was pointed out to us all we had was a trip on the canal

Beautiful day on the islands
I was at 3 different islands and saw a lot and got a lot of information on the way. Nicola was a a great guide and tour had enough time at each stop.
