The provider is con artist they try to take you in extreme thunderstorm weather and don't agree to take you anyway. When you put a request for a refund they don't provide it. Viator customer service es are useless too. They ask you to contact your bank to get a refund.

Bella gita per godere a pieno dell'atmosfera delle isole. Ci é piaciuta molto la dimostrazione del vetro. Bravissima anche la nostra guida Nicola nell'accompagnarci e consigliarci piatti tipici e posti. Ci sarebbe piaciuto avere più tempo per le visite.

me gustó el trayecto en góndola. lo que no me gustó es que estuvimos solo 30 minutos en góndola y por los canales estrechos de la ciudad. prácticamente no estuvimos por el gran canal. la guía muy bien

First, it was difficult to find main tour guide people because it was raining and the were not in the place indicated in the app. Then our tour was mixed with an English group so instead of getting an Spanish tour pre the gondola ride it was rush and mainly in English. The gondola your was very disappointing. It was raining and it was difficult to get into the gondola. We of the 25 minutes that the gondola ride lasted almost 5 minutes we were stock doing nothing. I will not recommend this tour to any body booking through this app.

Wij hebben €150 betaald voor een gondeltocht van 30 minuten, na 20 minuten stonden we weer op de kade. Volgens de gondelier is de tocht minimaal 20 minuten. Dit staat niet in de aanbieding van GYG. Deze gondeltocht is pure geldklopperij, je kan op iedere straathoek in Venetië in een gondel stappen voor €90,-, reserveren is totaal overbodig. Behalve dat het maar 20 minuten duurde is er niks aan te merken op de gondeltocht zelf maar die €60,- extra marge voor GYG slaat nergens op
