Alla partenza del tour vengo a sapere che sarebbe stato bilingue, italiano e inglese, cosa che non mi era stata comunicata prima. Il gruppo era a maggioranza straniera ( giapponesi indiani americani) e la guida 'dava priorità' alla conversazione in inglese ( che io conosco, non costituendo pertanto per me una barriera, ma non compresa dagli altri 3 italiani che erano con me). Guida comunque gentile ed affabile. Il livello di informazioni fornite, pertanto, è stato quello adatto ad un pubblico straniero ( senza storia!). Non c'è stato alcun accenno a fatti storici, che un gruppo di soli italiani avrebbe certamente compreso. La durata è stata di 1 h e 45..anzichè due ore. Costo del tour pertanto elevato, in rapporto a quanto ricevuto ( credo si possa trovare di meglio a parità di costo, 4 persone oltre 100 euro).

I didn’t catch our guide’s name but she was very lovely and friendly, she gave excellent commentary and provided great recommendations for places to sample local cuisine and dine (which also don’t charge exorbitant tourist prices!) Definitely recommend this activity, it was so beautiful and serene to be on the gondola. Our gondolier also gave great advice for what to visit and what to avoid.

Excellent guide with extensive knowledge of Venice. Her english was excellent and she was clear and informative. She made sure that we took all the photos we wanted and didn't rush.
